Kavitha Neerukonda, JD, MHA, CEO and Co-Founder
Kavitha has over 20 years of experience as healthcare attorney, executive and advocate for physicians. She has worked as an executive and legal expert for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association. She received her Doctor of Law and Master of Health Administration from St Louis University. Kavitha lives in Chicago.
Ryan Olsen, MBA, MPH, Co-Founder
Ryan has been a healthcare executive for over 20 years serving in various capacities in hospitals and medical groups including as a CEO and COO multiple times. Ryan has worked at various organizations including Cedars-Sinai, Providence and currently works at Hoag Health System in Newport Beach. Ryan has negotiated with and / or on behalf of hundreds of physicians, systems, private equity and even a few sports teams. He holds an MBA and MPH from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
Satish Subramanian, MD, Co-Founder
Dr Subramanian is an emergency medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. Satish has long felt physicians deserve an optimal work environment and formed AlfredMD prior to MD Ascend with his high school classmate, Ryan (the other co-founder). Satish has worked in various leadership roles and received his MD from the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Emory University.
